Worst place ever! People are rude and need to learn customer service skills. My son and grandson went there same day and came out with the worst haircuts I have ever seen. I could not believe they actually let them walk out proud of the crappy job they did. And it was two stylists not just one. We had to pull out our own clippers when we got home and fix the mess they made. I wish I would have taken pictures to post on this review. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. Doesn’t even deserve one star

Wow! Your ad says you also accommodate Women. My hair is short and thinning, but based on your attitude, over the phone....Never. Nor the men in my life.

Well I didn't get the name of the so called manager but I did get her prejudicism and her overall unprofessional attitude. For the manager to run outside and scream to me to go back to Alabama where I come from is in no way shape or form called for. This all coming from a misunderstanding on the haircut that I was being given and decided to go elsewhere do to her inability to listen to the directions I was giving. Which should be ok to do since it's my hair but the lady took it personal and used a normal barber conversation and used it as a disgusted remark that I was from the south. Further more, later on that day she apparently gets the gentleman that came in after the fact to write a review online which we read and he says in there that I am from Alabama and must be really proud of it... That's funny, the only time I said anything about Alabama was to the lady cutting my hair when no other customers where in there. That means the manager took it upon herself to mention once again to someone else that I'm from Alabama like it's a bad thing being from the south. That's prejudicism if I have ever seen it ,but I thought the civil war was over. Needless to say we will be contacting who ever we need to to get this resolved and for this to never happen to anyone trying to get a haircut in any establishment again.
